1. About Tanot Solutions
Tanot Solutions is a global SEO and link building agency. Founded in 2020, we specialize in high-authority, white-hat link building, technical SEO, AI SEO, local SEO, and content strategy for B2B brands, SaaS companies, agencies, and e-commerce businesses worldwide.
These Terms of Service apply to:
- Your use of our website at tanotsolutions.com
- Any services you engage us to provide, including but not limited to link building, technical SEO, on-page SEO, AI SEO, local SEO, content strategy, white-label SEO services, and related digital marketing support
- All communications between you and our team related to our services
2. Our Services
2.1 What we offer
Tanot Solutions provides professional SEO and link-building services, tailored to each client's goals and requirements.
Our services may include, but are not limited to:
- Link Building
- Technical SEO
- AI SEO
- Local SEO
- SaaS SEO
- On-Page and Content SEO
- White-Label Link Building
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and service expectations for each engagement will be confirmed before work begins and may be documented in a separate proposal or service agreement.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a separate signed agreement, the signed agreement shall take precedence.
2.2 White-hat approach
Tanot Solutions follows editorial-first, white-hat link-building practices designed to align with Google's Webmaster Guidelines and long-term SEO best practices. We do not use private blog networks (PBNs), link farms, automated link schemes, spammy backlink tactics, or other manipulative practices that may create unnecessary risk for your website.
While search engine policies and algorithm interpretations may evolve over time, our approach is focused on sustainable, quality-driven SEO strategies intended to support long-term organic growth and brand authority.
3. How Our Engagement Works
3.1 No lock-in contracts
We do not require long-term lock-in contracts for our services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you may cancel at any time by providing 30 days' written notice.
3.2 No upfront payment
For link building services, we operate on a pay-per-link model. You are invoiced only for links that are live and verified at the end of each month. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, there are no upfront fees for link placements or initial strategy consultation.
3.3 Site approval
Before any link is placed, we share a list of target websites for your review and approval. No link will be placed on a website that has not been approved by you. This approval process is a core part of our service methodology and helps ensure brand alignment, relevance, and quality control.
3.4 Link replacement guarantee
If a link we have placed is removed within 12 months of going live due to publisher removal or other organic circumstances beyond your control, we will make reasonable efforts to replace it at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply to links removed at your request, due to changes made by you or your team, website migrations, redirects, or actions that affect the original placement.
3.5 Reporting
We provide clear, transparent reporting for all active campaigns. Reports may include live URLs, anchor text, placement status, and relevant traffic and ranking data where applicable. Reports are typically delivered at the end of each month or as otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
To allow us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your website, business, and SEO goals during onboarding and throughout the engagement
- Respond to site approval requests, content review, and campaign updates in a timely manner (we recommend within 3–5 business days) to avoid delays in delivery
- Ensure that the website(s) we are building links to are owned by you, your client, or that you have proper authorization to manage SEO for and make decisions on their behalf
- Not engage simultaneously with other link building providers using black-hat, manipulative tactics, or policy-violating tactics for the same domain, where such actions may negatively affect campaign performance or create unnecessary SEO risk
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your website, domain, or business strategy that may affect the campaign planning or results
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact campaign timelines, performance, and deliverables, and Tanot Solutions shall not be held responsible for delays or reduced results arising from such circumstances.
5. Payments and Invoicing
5.1 Payment terms
Invoices are issued at the end of each month for links that went live during that billing period, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 Late payments
If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice due date, we reserve the right to pause active work, delay deliverables, or suspend ongoing campaign activity until the outstanding balance is fully settled. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before pausing or suspending services.
5.3 Disputes
If you believe an invoice is incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing at info@tanotsolutions.com. We will review the matter and respond promptly. Undisputed portions of an invoice remain payable within the original payment terms.
5.4 Taxes
All fees and prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, including but not limited to GST, VAT, or similar taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges applicable in their jurisdiction in connection with our services.
5.5 Refunds
Because our services involve manual outreach, publisher negotiations, strategic work, and live link placements, fees paid for completed work and verified live links are non-refundable.
If there is a genuine service issue, we encourage clients to contact us so we can review the matter fairly and work toward a reasonable resolution.
6. Cancellation
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice sent to info@tanotsolutions.com. You will be invoiced for any links placed, verified, and approved during the notice period. Any work already in progress at the time of cancellation notice will be completed and invoiced unless you direct us otherwise.
We reserve the right to pause or terminate an engagement immediately if a client:
- breaches these Terms of Service
- provides false, misleading, or incomplete information
- fails to make payments within the agreed timeframes
- engages in abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct toward our team
- requests services or actions that conflict with our ethical standards or compliance policies
Termination of services does not remove the obligation to pay any outstanding invoices for completed work.
7. Results and No Guarantee of Rankings
SEO results depend on many factors outside our reasonable control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, website health, technical issues, content quality, and third-party publisher decisions. While we apply proven strategies and maintain a strong track record of delivering quality results, Tanot Solutions does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead generation, revenue outcomes, or search engine placement.
Any timelines discussed during strategy calls, proposals, or campaign planning are estimates only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of performance.
We guarantee quality, transparency, and a process built around your long-term SEO growth. SEO is a long-term investment and results may vary from client to client. Most clients begin seeing meaningful improvements within 3–6 months.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our content
All content on tanotsolutions.com — including blog posts, case studies, service descriptions, methodology documentation, and reports — is the intellectual property of Tanot Solutions. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without our prior written permission.
8.2 Deliverables
Upon full payment of all applicable invoices, you retain the benefit of the backlinks, content placements, and agreed deliverables secured for your website as part of our services. However, reports, strategies, and proprietary processes developed or used by Tanot Solutions remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, resold, or reused without written permission.
We do not claim ownership over third-party publisher websites or platforms where placements are secured.
8.3 Your content
When you provide us with content, brand materials, or access to your website for the purposes of delivering services, you confirm that you have the legal right to provide and authorize the use of those materials.
You grant Tanot Solutions a limited, non-exclusive licence to use those materials solely to deliver the agreed services during the term of the engagement.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the engagement, including client strategy, pricing, campaign data, access credentials, and internal business information. This confidential obligation applies during the ongoing engagement and will continue for three years after the engagement ends, unless a longer period is required by law or agreed separately in writing.
Tanot Solutions may reference your company name and results in case studies, testimonials, or marketing materials only with your explicit written consent. If you prefer to remain anonymous (as some clients do), we will honour that in all promotional or public-facing content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tanot Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services
- Any changes to search engine algorithms, platform policies, publisher decisions, or third-party actions that affect your website's rankings, traffic, or performance
- Any actions taken by third-party publishers, platforms, or tools outside our reasonable control
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages
Our total liability to you for any direct damages arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Tanot Solutions during the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tanot Solutions, its founders, team members, and contractors harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms of Service
- Your misuse of our services or use of our services in a manner not authorized under these Terms
- Any false, misleading, or unlawful information provided by you
- Any content, materials, or instructions provided by you that infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
This indemnification obligation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Use of Website

For active clients, significant changes that materially affect ongoing services or contractual obligations will be communicated directly by email with reasonable notice where applicable. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Tanot Solutions' registered place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts relevant to Tanot Solutions' registered jurisdiction.
